Product Overview

The AVX FLEXITERM commercial MLCC are multilayer ceramic chip capacitors with X7R dielectric material and flexible terminations. The capacitance value ranges from 100pF to 22µF. FLEXITERM is designed to enhance mechanical flexure and temperature cycling performance of a standard ceramic capacitor. The industry standard for flexure is 2mm, FLEXITERM provides up to 5mm of flexure without internal cracks. These capacitors provide improved performance compared to standard termination capacitors. Typical applications include high flexure stress circuit boards and engine sensors.
  • EIA 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, 2220 case sizes available
  • Rated voltage of 10VDC, 16VDC, 25VDC, 50VDC, 100VDC and 200VDC
  • ±5%, ±10% and ±20% tolerance
  • Flexible termination system
  • Reduction in circuit board flex failures
  • Soft termination offers improved reliability performance
  • Operating temperature range -55°C to 125°C
