Product Overview

The DMP1045U from Diode Inc is a surface mount, P channel enhancement mode MOSFET in SOT-23 package. This device features low on resistance, low input capacitance, fast switching speed and low input/output leakage thus it is ideal for high efficiency power management applications.
  • Automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified
  • UL recognized
  • Drain to source Voltage (Vds) of -12V
  • Gate to source voltage (Vgs) of ±8V
  • Continuous drain current (Id) of 4.3A at Vgs -2.5V
  • Power dissipation (Pd) of 1.3W
  • Operating temperature range -55°C to 150°C
  • Low on state resistance of 45mohm at Vgs -1.8V
