Product Overview

The FDMA430NZ is a single N-channel MOSFET produced Fairchild Semiconductor's advanced PowerTrench® process to optimize the RDS (ON) at VGS=2.5V on special MicroFET lead-frame. It is suitable for use in Li-ion battery pack.
