The IRLB8743PBF is a 30V single N-channel HEXFET® Power MOSFET with extremely low on-resistance per silicon area and fast switching performance using Trench MOSFET technology. Suitable for high frequency synchronous buck, converters for computer processor power, optimized for UPS/inverter applications, high frequency isolated DC-DC converters with synchronous rectification for telecom and industrial use.
  • Very low RDS (ON) at 4.5V VGS
  • Ultra low gate impedance
  • Fully characterized capacitance and avalanche voltage and current
