Product Overview

The C340C475M5U5TA is a radial leaded Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor with 100% matte Sn leads and Z5U dielectric. The Electronics Industries Alliance (EIA) characterizes Z5U dielectric as a Class-III material. The Goldmax conformally-coated ceramic dielectric capacitor is suited for bypass and decoupling or other applications in which dielectric losses, high insulation resistance and capacitance stability are not of major importance. Z5U exhibits a predictable change in capacitance with respect to time and voltage and displays wide variations in capacitance with reference to ambient temperature.
