The PMEG4050ETP is a planar maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky barrier Rectifier Diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. The Low VF Schottky rectifier offers extremely low forward voltage drop during operation, resulting in high efficiency and reduced heat generation.
