The NTSB30100CTG is a very low forward voltage trench-based Schottky Rectifier with epoxy moulded case. It features fast switching with exceptional temperature stability. It is suitable for use in high frequency and DC to DC converters, free-wheeling, OR-ing diodes and reverse battery protection.
