Product Overview

The Panasonic ERJ 3E series resistors are automotive grade precision thick film chip resistors. The resistance range includes E24 and E96 decade values from 10 ohm to 2.2Mohm. ERJ series resistors have metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes that make them highly reliable.

  • Small size, low weight resistors
  • Automotive grade AEC-Q200 compliant
  • Maximum power rating of 1W
  • Available in ±0.5% and ±1% tolerance
  • Temperature coefficient (TCR) of ±50, ±100, ±200 and ±300ppm/°C
  • Available in -55°C to 125°C and -55°C to 155°C operating temperature ranges
  • Meets IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, EIAJ RC-2134B standards
  • Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
