Product Overview

The Vishay F series are ceramic disc capacitors with Class 2, Y5R dielectric material. The capacitors consist of a ceramic disc and both sides are silver-plated. The connection leads are made of tinned copper having a diameter of 0.6mm or 0.8mm. These capacitors are used in electronic circuits where low losses and high capacitance per volume are essential such as SMPS, HF ballast, snubber and high voltage circuits.

  • High capacitance value ranges from 100pF to 4700pF in small size
  • ±10% and ±20% tolerance
  • Rated voltage of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000VDC
  • Lead spacing of 5mm, 7.5mm and 10mm
  • Encapsulation is made of epoxy resin
  • Flammable resistant in accordance with "UL 94 V-0"
