Product Overview

The RCH series from Vishay are power resistors which are manufactured in cermet thick film technology. These power resistors exhibit remarkable characteristics and the series includes 4 types ranging from 5 to 50W. Designed to be mounted onto a heat-sink, the resistors can bear high short time overloads and 3 types of terminations are available. The resistors are non-inductive and is particularly suitable for high frequency operation and cut-out circuits. The RCH series features insulated case, alumina substrate and tinned copper alloy connections.

  • Temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
  • High overload capabilities up to 2500Vrms
  • Available in ±1%, ±2%, ±5% and ±10% tolerance
  • High thermal capacity up to 0.8°C/W
  • 10^6Mohm high insulation
  • ±150ppm/°C, ±250ppm/°C temperature coefficient values
  • Round lead/M2 screw/flat with hole lead options
  • High voltage, high power resistor
