Product Overview
Two component, high performance, high viscosity thermally conductive gap filling material. It is formulated to develop a soft 'form in place' elastomer ideals for coupling hot PC board components to heat sinks. Supplied as a two part 1:1 mix ratio that will cure at room temperature within 2 hours
