Product Overview
The RTC1K-302M from Rohde & Schwarz is a RTC1000 series 2 channel digital oscilloscope with R&S®RTC-B223 (300MHz) frequency upgrade and MSO option. The X-in-one instrument offers the functionality of an oscilloscope, logic analyser, protocol analyser, frequency analyser, pattern generator, function generator, digital voltmeter and component tester in a single instrument. This oscilloscope include a wide range of upgrade options with these options users get more value with a minimal footprint on bench space.
- 6.5" VGA colour display (640 x 480 pixels)
- Sampling rate of up to 2Gsample/s, memory depth of up to 2Msample
- Optimized for fast button operation
- 50ppm timebase accuracy, 8 bit ADC
- 1mV/div minimum input sensitivity
- 10000waveforms/s update rate
- 1 x USB host, USB device, LAN interfaces
- I2C, SPI, UART/RS232/RS422/RS485, CAN, LIN protocol (optional)
- Waveform generator and 4bit pattern generator
