Product Overview
The LM4050AEM3-2.5+T is a precision, micropower, shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. It is a precision two terminal, shunt mode, bandgap voltage reference with fixed reverse breakdown voltage of 2.5V. The laser trimmed resistors ensure excellent initial accuracy of 0.1% with a ±20ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The LM4050AEM3-2.5+T has a 60µA to 15mA shunt current capability with low dynamic impedance, ensuring stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperature and current.
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Low 35µVrms output noise (10Hz to 10KHz)
- Tolerates capacitive loads
- Reverse breakdown voltage long term stability is 120ppm at T=1000h
- No external stabilizing capacitors required while ensuring stability with capacitive loads
