Product Overview
LT6203 is a dual, low noise, rail-to-rail input and output unity gain stable op amp. Harmonic distortion is less than –80dBc at 1MHz making this amplifier suitable in low power data acquisition systems. This device can be used as plug-in replacements for many op amps to improve input/output range and noise performance. Typical applications are n low power signal processing, active filters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, driving A/D converters, DSL receivers, battery powered/battery backed equipment.

- Supply current per amp is 3mA at VS=5V, TA=25°C, VS=5V, 0V; VS=3V, 0V; VCM=VOUT=half supply
- Gain bandwidth is 100MHz at frequency = 1MHz, TA = 25°C, VS = ±5V; VCM = VOUT= 0V
- Input offset voltage is 0.5mV at VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = half supply, TA = 25°C
- Minimum supply voltage is 2.5V at TA = 25°C, VS =5V, 0V; VS = 3V, 0V; VCM = VOUT = half supply
- Common mode rejection ratio is 100dB at VS = 5V, VCM = 1.5V to 3.5V, TA = 25°C
- Input common mode range includes both rails
