Product Overview
The MAX4888CETI+ is a dual passive switch up to 8.0Gbps in 28 pin TQFN package. This device features a dual digital control input to switch signal paths, it is ideal for switching two half-lanes of PCI Express (PCIe) data between two possible destinations. It is used in desktop PCs, notebook PCs and servers.
- Supply voltage range is 3V to 3.6V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Supports PCIe Gen I, Gen II and Gen III data rates
- Supports up to and including 6.0Gbps SAS/SATA signals
- Supports other high-speed interfaces (e. g. , XAUI)
- Superior bandwidth return loss
- Maximum on-resistance of 8.4ohm & maximum on-resistance match between channels is 1.5ohm at VCC = 3V
- Maximum on-resistance flatness is 1ohm at VCC = 3V
- 43ps propagation delay, switch turn-on time is 65ns & switch turn-off time is 7ns at ZS=ZL=50 ohm
