Product Overview
The IRSM505-084DA2 from Infineon is a 0.45ohm, 250V Integrated Power Module for small appliance motor drive applications. It is a 3-phase Integrated Power Module (IPM) designed for advanced appliance motor drive applications such as energy efficient fans and pumps. This advanced IPM offers a combination of low RDS (on) Trench FREDFET technology and the industry benchmark half-bridge high voltage, rugged driver in a DIP23A package. The module is optimized for low EMI characteristics. It also includes temperature feedback.
