Product Overview
The EK 50 ML from Klauke Textron is a battery powered electromechanical crimping tool. The electronic control with lock function monitors complete closing of the dies. This crimping tool has very low weight and high speed for maximum efficiency. It provides excellent crimping results for minimum effort and powerful drive technology for effortless operations. It consists of mounting lugs for use with balancer or as fall protection when used for outdoor application.
- Crimping range from 0.14mm² to 50mm²
- One button operating concept for controlling all tooling functions
- Automatic retraction when operation is complete and manual retraction in case of need
- Ergonomic 2 component housing in Klauke “in-line design”
- Data transfer via optional interface and USB adapter
- Maximum crimping force of 15KN
- Ambient temperature range from -10°C to 40°C
- Crimping cycle is less than 1.5s (depending on connecting material)
- High performance 10.8V li-ion battery with charge status display
- Project relevant recording with Klauke i-press software package
