Product Overview
The DMPR230S000 from MTE is an electronic motor protection relay. This relay together with suitable current transformer monitors motor supply current. Three phase motors generally requires two current transformers. An overload condition causes the unit to trip after a time delay inversely proportional to overcurrent. The protection relay provides independently adjustable time delays for starting and normal running. This allows an extended response time during starting while maintaining a fast response during normal running. By setting the run delay time at minimum (0.2s), shear pin type protection is achieved.
- Supply voltage of 115V/230V
- Load current range up to 200A using a single current transformer in each of two phase
- Load current range up to 3000A with two current transformers per phase
- Ambient temperature range from -10°C to 60°C
- Start delay (T1) of 4s to 40s at 600% FLC (enabled by linking terminals S2 and S3)
- Run delay (T2) of 0.2s to 0.8s at 600% FLC
- Terminal cable capacity of 1 x 2.5mm²
- IP20 EN35 top hat rail or surface mounting enclosure
- Dimension is 66mm x 66mm x 116mm (W x L x D)
