The MOC205M is a single-channel phototransistor output optocoupler in a 8 pin SOIC package. The device consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor detector. Ideally suited for high-density applications to eliminate the need for through-the-board mounting.
