The MUR420RLG is a SWITCHMODE™ ultra-fast axial-lead Power Rectifier with moulded epoxy case. This state-of-the-art device is designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters and as free-wheeling diodes.

- All external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable
