Product Overview
Qspeed™ family 200V, 30A common cathode diode has the lowest QRR of any 200V silicon diode. Its recovery characteristics increase efficiency, reduce EMI and eliminate snubbers. Typical applications include AC/DC and DC/DC output rectification, output and freewheeling diodes, motor drive circuit and DC-AC inverters.
