Product Overview
RTA4K-COM4 is a bundle of RTA4004 oscilloscope with software options (1GHz bandwidth, mixed signal option (MSO), ARB generator, application bundle). Target applications include general purpose, general R&D market, power electronics development, design and validate power conversion (e.g. DC-DC converter), power supply stability, EMI debugging (direct frequency setting, time-frequency correlation, waterfall diagram), R&D debugging - power supplies, R&D debugging serial buses, manufacturing test and repair, this package includes spectrum analyser (spectrogram), protocol analyser, pattern and waveform generator, integrated digital voltmeter, frequency response analyser, trigger counter, trigger & decoding (I2C/SPI, UART/RS-232/422/485, CAN/LIN I2S audio, MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429), power analysis.
- 200MHz, 4 channels oscilloscope
- 2.5GSPS/channel, 5GSPS interleaved sampling rate
- 10" capacitive touch, 1280 × 800 pixel display
- History and segmented memory in fast-segmented mode up to 700000 waveforms/s
- Time base accuracy of ±0.5ppm
- 10bit ADC with up to 16bit resolution
- Minimum input sensitivity of 500µV/div
