Product Overview
TLP058 is a FlexChannel general-purpose 8-channel logic probe for use with the 5 Series (MSO54, MSO56, MSO58, MSO58LP) and 6 Series (MSO64) oscilloscopes. The TLP058 FlexChannel® logic probe connects the Tektronix 5 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes (MSO54, MSO56, MSO58, MSO58LP) to digital buses and signals on your device under test (DUT). The probe contains 8 data channels. You can connect the TLP058 logic probe to any FlexChannel oscilloscope input channel.
- 8 digital input channel
- 100Kohm ±1.0% input resistance
- 3pF input capacitance
- 400mV p-p minimum input signal swing, ±40V threshold voltage
- 1ns minimum detectable pulse width and 500MHz maximum input toggle rate
- 6.25GS/s maximum sample rate, 5ns digital to analogue trigger skew
- 1.0m (3.28ft) probe length
- Temperature operating range from 0°C to +50°C (+32°F to +122°F)
- Use the logic probe to view digital signals on a system bus
- Use an analogue probe to view analogue waveform information of a digital signal
