Product Overview
The MBB 0207-professional series from Vishay are professional metal film leaded resistors. The resistance range includes E24, E96, E192 decade values from 0.22ohm to 22Mohm. These are general purpose radial leaded resistors for all fields of professional electronics where reliability and stability is of major concern. Typical application includes telecommunication and medical equipment.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q200 qualified (TCR=±50ppm/K, tolerance= ±1 % in range of 10 ohm to 7.5Mohm)
- DIN size is 0207 and CECC size is B
- Available in ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2% and ±5% tolerance values
- CECC version (IECQ-CECC approved according to EN 140101-806 standard)
- Excellent overall stability of class 0.25
- Available in ±25ppm/K and ±50ppm/K TCR values, jumpers are also available
- Rated power dissipation of 0.6W
- Operating voltage is 350V
- Insulation voltage 500V for 1min and 75V for continuous
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 155°C
