The V60DM45C-M3/I is a dual low-voltage TMBS® (Trench MOS barrier schottky) rectifier in 3 pin TO-263AC package. Suitable for use in high frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diode and reverse battery protection in commercial, industrial and automotive application.
