The KAA-3528AVU/ARBGS-112 from Kingbright is a tri colour single level, surface mount light emitting diode. This LED has 3 emitting colours hyper red, blue and green made of AlGaInP on GaAs substrate, InGaN and InGaN on sapphire material respectively. It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti - electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs.

• Dominant wavelength for hyper red is 621nm, blue is 470nm, green is 525nm at IF = 20mA
• Viewing angle is 60°
• Lens material meets UL94-HB flammability rating
• Maximum forward voltage for hyper red is 2.5V, blue is 4V and green is 4.1V at IF = 20mA
• Maximum reverse current for hyper red is 10µA, blue is 50µA, green is 50µA at VR = 5V
• Compatible with automatic placement equipment
• Compatible with infrared and vapour phase solder processes
• Black case enhances contrast ratio
• Housing material meets UL94V-0 flammability rating
• Electrostatic discharge and power surge could damage the LED
