Product Overview
The SMS7621-005LF is a surface-mount Schottky Diode for use with microwave mixers and detectors. This includes low barrier diodes and zero-bias detectors that combine Skyworks advanced semiconductor technology. This diode is 100 percent DC tested and deliver tight parameter distribution, which minimizes performance variability. The wiring configuration includes series pair. They may be used at frequencies up to 10GHz.
